What areas do you service?
We cover all areas of Cairns within an hour from the city, with Port Douglas being our furthest destination.
Do you require a deposit to secure my booking?
Yes, we require a 30% deposit for all bookings

For group bookings we require a 50% deposit.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel your booking, please let us know as soon as possible. Cancellations or rescheduling made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in the loss of your deposit.

For group bookings, we require a minimum of 7 days notice for cancellations due to staffing considerations. Any cancellations after this time period will result in the loss of your deposit.
What do I need to provide for the treatment?
To provide you with the best experience, we ask that you have a space available for our table and enough room for us to move around comfortably. If you're having a body treatment, please ensure there's a shower for you to rinse off in.
Do you travel to different locations?
Yes, we provide services in the comfort of your own space, whether that’s your home, a hotel, air bnb or during a resort getaway.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least a week in advance to ensure availability, and 4 weeks for special occasions like hens parties or birthdays.
Are your products environmentally friendly?
Yes, we're working on incorporating environmental sustainability into the business, using eco-friendly products whenever possible.
